Placing an Order
 We have tried to make the ordering process simple and still allow you    
the flexibility to make decisions to determine the final product. We are a little  
  old fashioned when it come to taking orders. This is not an e-commerce site  
  but you do have a number of options when it comes time to order.
  1. Just phone us (1-800-644-7534) and give us the information and a credit card no.
  2. Print out this order form and fax it.( for Memory Bench or Coffee Table)
  3. E-mail us the information and we will call your for a credit card no.
Your Options
Carving
Give some thought to your carving request.
Remember the bench will probably be around longer then any of us.
We have found it is best to keep it simple.

Colours

The traditional early English furniture was dark. Our normal colour is a rich brown we describe as "Dark Walnut". Upon request we will also make them a natural oak colour with a clear lacquer finish. Custom colours are available with a small surcharge. We use Minwax semi-transparent stains. Please ask for a colour chart at your local hardware store or call us. Leather colours can be described or a sample sent to you.
Brass Plaques (2" x 3") are available to indicate whom the bench is from, or information that is not carved on the bench. Some will be fastened under the top and will be known to the owner alone, while others can be visible. For example "To Mary & Bill from Grandma & Grampa." Or "Mr. Bill Smith, President, Our Club, 2002."
Extra Carving The carving on the aprons (just under the top) is included in the price of the carved benches. Extra carving refers to anything carved on the rails (the part near the floor)
Delivery Time
Please allow us 2-3 weeks to make your bench and then add shipping time.
To be on the safe side order a month before the required date.

We will make every effort to accommodate your needs.

Shipping: All our shipping fees are at cost. We do not markup the fees charged to us to make it fair to our customers accross Canada and the USA. Rates have been changing weekly and are subject to more change in the future.

We cannot ship to a post office box. A signature or
permission to leave the package is required by the delivery service. You may
like it shipped to an office etc. If the package is being shipped directly to
the bride, or other recipient, we will enclose a card for you or, you could
send a card of your choosing to us and we will enclose it with the shipment.
We will also notify them and you in advance, by phone, of the estimated delivery date.
