Shepherd's Cottage is a small family owned and operated cottage industry. Started in the fall of 1995 we expected to sell a few carved benches and also make other pieces of pine and oak furniture. Now our primary product is English Oak style furniture and footstools with a personalized touch. .

Over the years we have continued to grow steadily, thanks in a large part to our satisfied customers and their referrals. The majority of our production is done at our home and shop in lovely rural Markham, Ontario Canada. This is where the phone will ring when you call and will be answered by my wife,or myself.

The name "Shepherd's Cottage" comes from a combination of cottage industry and my wife's collection of porcelain sheep.

These are a few of the flock of over forty.

Although we do not have sheep, we do have nine little red hens .
